Luscious Lavender Lemon Ice Cream

3 cups heavy cream
1-¾ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
¾ cups granulated Splenda
¼ cup lemon juice
4 egg yolks
8 egg whites, beaten
2 Tbsp. culinary lavender
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract

On the stove, combine heavy cream, Splenda, and vanilla in a saucepan. Over medium heat, slowly bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Slowly add egg yolks. In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites until frothy. Add almond milk, lemon juice, and lemon extract. Fold egg white mixture into cream mixture. Chill for four hours to overnight.

Freeze in ice cream freezer per instructions.

We can worry about them, allow them to confine us to patterns of safe behaviors, limiting our exposure to unexpected risks and rewards, storms and rainbows. Or we can account for them, and then give it no further attention. By making accommodation for the uncertainties in life, taking sensible measures to allow us to function in them, and putting them out of our minds until the rain begins, we open ourselves to a wider world of experience.

Okay, so the title of this blog is a little deceiving – a line is infinite, and has no origin. For this purposes of this blog, a line refers to a line segment, drawn by hand. In this, the origin of a line is a point. I do have one, and I make it on occasion.
